I worked on it some more and forgot i had to run the auto.bat to get the dos program to load like when I loaded 6.1 rom. After that everything was smooth sailing. Thanks for the quick reply.

On another note, I noticed there is an overclocking program and was curious what the safest/highest speed can be had?

You have to run the application unlocker before you can flash. Follow the instructions here for downloading the SDA Application Unlocker:

To add to previous post. Tried with both 64 and x86 windows 7 untimate with the same results.

I didn't think it would be that easy to get out of a Verizon contract. The downside is that you have to wait for it to change its fees, and we can't rely on them changing all the time.
