XCM Dominator Joystick for PS3 ships this week

dominator_1

I remember my first time having to use an advanced combination button in Super Contra on NES (Up + UP + Down + Down + Left + Right + Left + Right + B + A + Select + Start) and now these are all made easy with macro programmed buttons by the XCM Dominator controller.

The controller is expected to start shipping this week and is being sold for $89.99 although I have seen $79.99 at www.totalconsole.com thanks to Pimp My Console for pointing that out.  Of course this joystick won’t cut it for not arcade games like Call of Duty: World at War that require the additional directional control for looking.

Some gamers find the combo attacks in many games are hard to execute on a regular basis. You may need to combine 4-8 different button attacks with the proper timing to pull special moves. (Example: Y + Y + X + L + R + A + Y + B) With a normal controller this task is nearly impossible. The XCM Dominator Joystick solves this problem, and lets you execute these combos with ease. Just program the keys to a special button and then you only need to press that button to pull off those special moves

  • I'm still awaiting the control with no buttons.
We already have Wii on a roll.
That controller is still pretty badass =]
